Brownie Gluten Free with Pistachios and Chocolate Chips

Ingredients:

Chocolate

Caster sugar

Vanilla extract

Baking powder
80 gr
G.F. flour
1,280 kg
Green pistachios
1,2 kg
Not roasted or salted!
Chocolate chips
1,2 kg
Milk chocolate or 50% drops

Preparation mode:

  1. Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla to ribbon stage
  2. Add melted chocolate with butter
  3. Fold in flour followed by chocolate drops and pistachios

Divide in to three full size gastro trays

Bake at 160C for 30 min or until testing pin comes out clean once inserted
