Brown Sugar Crumbs

Ingredients:

Plain flour
2 kg
Butter unsalted
1.2
Room temperature
Brown sugar
850 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Mix all at once until can’t see any lumps of butter
    if crumbs starts turn in to a pastry stop immediately
  2. Transfer  to baking tray
  3. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 20-30 min
  4. Cool down completely
  5. Blitz with robot coupe
  6. Don’t refrigerate if using the same day
