Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Cupcakes

Ingredients:

Butter
1150 gr
unsalted, soft
Brown sugar
1150 kg
Eggs
20
large
Plain Flour
1150 gr
Soda bicarbonate
20 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Whip butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs in three stages
  3. Mix flour and soda together
  4. Add dry in to butter mix
  5. Mix until well combined
  6. Fill up 3/4 of molds and sprinkle some brown sugar and ground cinnamon on top.
  7. Bake at 160 C for 15min
