Bsicuits for Coffee – Spritz/Coins
Ingredients:
Unsalted butter

Icing sugar
1140 gr
Egg yolks
180 gr
Vanilla powder
1 tsp
Strong Flour
3060 gr
Preparation mode:
- Whip all together
- Pipe with small star nozzle
- Bake biscuit at 175 C for 7 min
- Turn tray if needed
