Banana Cup Cake

Ingredients:

Eggs
800 gr
Melted butter
1200 gr
Banana puree
960 gr
Plain flour
1200 gr
Ground almond
200 gr
Baking powder
95 gr
Caster sugar
1200 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Whip eggs, butter and bananas
  2. Combine dry ingredients together and mix in egg batter
  3. Use mash scoop to divide
  4. Bake at 170 C for 20 min and Zero humidity
