Banana Bread for breakfast

Ingredients:

Unsalted butter
1250 gr
room temperature
Caster sugar
1250 gr
Eggs
20
large
Vanilla extract
1 tbls
Plain flour
2500 gr
Baking powder
70 gr
Banana puree
1500 gr
Ripe

Preparation mode:

  1. Whip butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs and vanilla
  3. Combine flour and baking powder together, pour over butter and mix
  4. Add banana puree, whip on slow and scrape the bottom
  5. Mix well
  6. Divide in to 11 tins by 680 gr
  7. Bake at 165 C for 45 min Zero humidity
