Butter, chilled, diced
1.1 kg
Eggs

Golden syrup
4.5 kg
Breadcrumbs
850 gr
Ground ginger

Lemon zest and juice

Preparation mode:

  1. Make savory dough
  2. Line in tart tins
  3. Refrigerate for 30 min
  4. Bake with rice for 10-15min at 190C
  5. Pour in filling and bake for another 30min
  6. Serve with cream
