Baked Puff Pastry

Preparation mode:

  1. take one frozen sheet of puff pastry and divide in 4 quarters
  2. Defrost on the table
  3. Shake icing sugar on the table, place sheet of pastry and cover with icing sugar. Roll it out to 1 mm thickness.
  4. Bake between parchment paperĀ  and heavy steel trays.
  5. Bake at 160 for 25 min.
  6. Cool down and slice to measure
