Baked Apple Puree

Ingredients:

Apples

Preparation mode:

  1. Peel apples.
  2. Scoop apple balls and reserve in ascorbic water bath
  3. Left over trimming roast in the oven until dark brown
  4. Blitz in thermo blender adding caramel liquid until desired consistency
  5. Pass and and store in sealed piping bags
  6. Could be kept in the freezer
