Caster sugar
750 kg
Gelatin
70 gr
Cream, semi
1.125 kg
Baileys
100 gr
Preparation mode:
- Whisk cheese and sugar
- Soak gelatin in cold water
- Melt gelatin in warm baileys
- Pour in to cheese
- Fold in cream
