Ingredients:

Cream Cheese
1.5 kg
Caster sugar
750 kg
Gelatin
70 gr
Cream, semi
1.125 kg
Baileys
100 gr

Preparation mode:

  1. Whisk cheese and sugar
  2. Soak gelatin in cold water
  3. Melt gelatin in warm baileys
  4. Pour in to cheese
  5. Fold in cream
