Apple Pie

Ingredients:

Butter unsalted
550 gr
room temp
Caster Sugar
550 gr
Eggs
10
Large, room temp
Vanilla
1 tbls
Plain flour
600 gr
Baking Powder
20 gr
Apples
2.2 kg
Cleaned, sliced

Preparation mode:

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs 1 by 1
  3. Add Vanilla extract
  4. Mix dry ingredients together and add into butter
  5. Fold in cleaned and sliced apples
  6. Divide into 2 trays
  7. Bake at 160 C for 30min
  8. Cool down, cover, label, refrigerate or freeze
