Apple and Cinnamon Pie

Ingredients:

Butter unsalted
900 gr
Room temperature, some extra butter for greasing the tray
Caster sugar
850 gr
Eggs
12
Large
Vanilla essence
2 Tbls
Cinnamon powder
2 Tbls
Plain flour
850 gr
Apples
2.6 Kg
Washed, peeled and sliced
Raisins golden
200 gr

Preparation mode:

 

  1. Grease the tray and line with sweet pastry, recipe here
  2. Mix butter and sugar on high speed
  3. Gradually add eggs vanilla and keep mixing until fluffy
  4. Fold in dry ingredients first, then apples and raisins
  5. Spread on the tray and flatten the surface with pallet knife
  6. Bake apple and cinnamon pie at 150 C for 1 hour (Kingsley full fan)
