Amaretto Crumbs

Ingredients:

Plain flour
1 kg
Ground Almond
500 gr
Nibbed Almond
500 gr
Unsalted butter
600 gr
Icing sugar
800 gr
Amaretto liqueur
80 gr
Vanilla extract
1 tbls

Preparation mode:

  1. Combine dry ingredients and butter
  2. Mix until turns into crumb texture
  3. Bake at 175 C  for 25 min
  4. Cool
  5. Blitz
  6. Pour liqueur, blitz again
  7. Add extra 2 tbsp of melted unsalted butter
  8. Mix well
