Amaretto Crumbs
Ingredients:
Plain flour
1 kg
Ground Almond
500 gr
Nibbed Almond
500 gr
Unsalted butter
600 gr
Icing sugar
800 gr
Amaretto liqueur
80 gr
Vanilla extract
1 tbls
Preparation mode:
- Combine dry ingredients and butter
- Mix until turns into crumb texture
- Bake at 175 C for 25 min
- Cool
- Blitz
- Pour liqueur, blitz again
- Add extra 2 tbsp of melted unsalted butter
- Mix well
