Almond Cake
Ingredients:
Eggs
6
large
Caster Sugar
400 gr
Vegetable Oil
250 gr
Butter
200 gr
unsalted
Polenta
100 gr
Ground Almond
200 gr
Nibbed Almond
200 gr
Plain Flour
100 gr
Baking powder
2 tsp
Orange
2
zest & juice
Preparation mode:
- Whip eggs and sugar
- Microwave butter until runny and combine with oil
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Add orange juice and zest in to egg mixture
- Fold in flour mix followed by fat
Use shallows trays, bake at 160 – 30 min low fan.
