Almond Cake

Ingredients:

Eggs
6
large
Caster Sugar
400 gr
Vegetable Oil
250 gr
Butter
200 gr
unsalted
Polenta
100 gr
Ground Almond
200 gr
Nibbed Almond
200 gr
Plain Flour
100 gr
Baking powder
2 tsp
Orange
2
zest & juice

Preparation mode:

  1. Whip eggs and sugar
  2. Microwave butter until runny and combine with oil
  3. Mix dry ingredients together
  4. Add orange juice and zest in to egg mixture
  5. Fold in flour mix followed by fat

Use shallows trays, bake at 160 – 30 min low fan.
