Almond and Dark Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients:
Chocolate drops dark 50%
3 kg
Fresh cream
1.4 ltr
Amaretto/Cognac/Whiskey
100 gr
Flavor of your choice
Almonds nibbed
1 kg
Toasted
Preparation mode:
- Bring cream and icing sugar to boil
- Pour in alcohol and give a strong boil for 10 sec
- Pour over dark chocolate with butter
- Let chocolate and butter worm up for 2-3 min
- Mix well until melted and smooth
- Refrigerate
- Shape truffles round in any size you like and coat with toasted nibbed almonds
