Five simple turns

When the sponge starts to collapse add the rest of ingredients

1. Autolyse blend and leave for 24 hours 2. Mix for 2 min on speed 1 3. 5 min on speed 2 4. Add walnuts on the last min.

1. Mix all except butter for 10 min on speed 1 2. Add butter and mix for 2 min on speed 2. 3. Set aside for next day
