Ingredients:

Caster sugar
1 kg
Water
200 gr
Egg whites
500 gr
Butter unsalted
500 gr
Condensed milk

cans
Gelatin
50 gr
Lemon juice
half lemon
Brandy
50 gr

Preparation mode:

1. Cook strong syrup and make meringue
2. Add lemon juice and keep whipping until meringue cools down
3. Slow down mixer and add the rest of ingredients
