Mango and Levander Sorbet

Ingredients:

Mango puree
1 kg
Water
600 gr
Sugar
500 gr
Gelatin
6 gr
Levander seeds
1 tsp

Preparation mode:

  1. Bring everything to simmer
  2. Simmer for 5 min
  3. Strain Levander off
  4. Churn or freeze in paco jet tubs
