French Macarons – Lemon Filling

Ingredients:

Unsalted butter
225 gr
Icing sugar
200 gr
White Chocolate
200 gr
Citric acid
1 tsp
Lemon juice & zest
3
Yellow food coloring

Preparation mode:

  1. Whip up butter, sugar and citric acid
  2. Pour melted white chocolate
  3. Add lemon and food coloring
  4. Give it a good whip
